– All kind of proceedings with the utility companies, consultations, registrations, contracting, change of ownership, direct debit, change of bank account, cancellation of direct debits (water, electricity, community of owners, gas, telephone, etc.)

– Obtaining and making the payment of all kind of receipts issued by the local collecting administrations.

– Requesting the Declaration of the increase of the value of an urban land (plusvalia), obtaining its liquidation and making the payment before the public administration.

– Requesting informative simple copies before the Land Registry (investigating and taking actions), certificates, etc.

– Carrying out all kind of proceedings with bank entities (opening a bank account, making cancellations, etc.)

– Carrying out proceedings with the Foreigners’ Office: obtaining the Foreigners’ Identification Number (NIE), TIE, residence permit, renewals, etc.

– Carrying out the proceedings for the registering at the town hall (requesting the certificate, registering, unregistering, modifying the address in the register certificate, etc.)

– Carrying out the proceedings before the Provincial Traffic Headquarters (transferring vehicles, unregistering, registering vehicles, driving license renewal, driving license duplicate, appeal fines, consultations, etc.)
